You're just outside the bridge. From here you can see the two stacks, and where the lifeboats were kept.

Panning to the right you can see the radar mast and the entrance to the bridge. Keep panning and eventually you'll see the Philadelphia skyline in the distance, as well as the Ben Franklin Bridge. If you drive into Philly you can see the S.S. United States from either the Ben Franklin or Walt Whitman Bridges.
